This Privacy Policy describes how Colony Pictures LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use Mockup Maestro (the "Service"). It applies wherever we operate, with regional rights and disclosures provided below.
What We Collect
- Account and contact: name, email, workspace or company.
- Content and files: designs and assets you upload or generate.
- Credentials: API keys or tokens you connect (for example Printify and Shopify).
- Transactional: billing info (handled by Stripe), plan, invoices.
- Usage and device: log data, event data, device or browser, cookies, approximate location, diagnostics.
- Support: messages, attachments, and metadata when you contact us.
We collect the above from you, your devices, integrated services, and service providers.
How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service; operate integrations you enable.
- Authenticate, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce policies.
- Process payments and account changes.
- Customer support and communications about the Service.
- Research, de-identified analytics, and product development.
- Legal compliance and to protect rights, safety, and property.
Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland): contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligations.
Disclosures and Service Providers
We disclose personal information to: cloud hosting and security providers; analytics and error logging; support tooling; payment processor (Stripe); and, if you enable them, ecommerce integrations (for example Printify and Shopify). We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International Transfers
Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards for transfers outside your jurisdiction.
Security
We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active and as needed for compliance.
- Design files and related data: deleted 90 days after account cancellation (subject to backups and archives for limited periods).
- Payment records: retained as required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or oppose processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise rights or appeal a denial, email [email protected].
- California (CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive personal information, and opt out of sharing. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
- EEA, UK, Switzerland: rights under GDPR; you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
- Other U.S. states: similar rights as applicable; appeals available.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
